May 19, 2018 @ 7:30 pm – 12:00 am
Congregation Shaarie Torah

On Shavuot we receive the Torah once again. The Jewish tradition describes four dimensions of Torah learning, named after the acronym PaRDeS, or Orchard.  Together we will explore these four dimensions in a night of inspired spiritual seeking and learning.

Come discover the depths of Torah for a lively night of music, meditation and deep learning.  We will explore different biblical stories, each exposing a different part of the Orchard!

8:15 Maariv and Kavanah: From Sinai to the Orchard of PaRDes
9:00pm- First Stroll in the Orchard of Torah
10:00pm – Second Stroll in the Orchard of Torah
11:00 – Seeking What is Hidden: Sod with Rabbi Rose and Cantor Vitells
12:00 – Midnight Meditation

Including traditional tasty Shavuot dairy foods, plenty of coffee and tea, and a lot of hamische (friendly) people to learn with.
